Together Collective

Together Collective exists to celebrate young artists in Aotearoa in taking their work to the next level through limited edition clothing designs.

Together Collective Founder, Abbie Wood, is studying a Bachelor of Design Innovation, majoring in Communication Design, minoring in Marketing.

Founded in 2021, as part of the Young Enterprise Scheme, the Together Collective is a clothing brand that works with young artists to showcase their designs in a new form. The Together Collective was created for people to experience a greater social connection to their clothes, knowing they are directly supporting ‘up and coming’ creative talent.

Combining her passion for art and design along with supporting other young artists, Abbie shares their story and their work through clothing designs. Our initiative invests in young artists, removing all barriers for those involved with no cost to them.  A percentage of each sale goes directly back to the young artist to support their journey.

Four out of our team of 6 young artists are currently studying at Te Herenga Waka: Ethan Koning, Zoe Paynter, Hannah Hitchcock along with Abbie Wood. These talented young artists and designers' work has been purchased and gifted all over New Zealand and the world.

In 2022 she was the recipient of the He Kākano fund through the Princes' Trust to support the development of The Together Collective. Abbie firmly believes that personal success can only occur when we achieve together and The Together Collective demonstrates this kaupapa.

If you are a young designer or artist keen to share your work, get in touch with us to see if we are a good fit to collaborate. We’d love to hear from you!
