New podcast is live!
Our new podcast collection ‘Ethical Leadership: Voices of Aotearoa New Zealand’ is now available to a wider audience under the name What ELS?
Since soft-launching our first collection, ‘Voices of Aotearoa New Zealand’, on my YouTube channel last year, we decided to make the episodes available to a wider audience on official podcast platforms. The six episodes are now available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts under the name 'What ELS? Ethical Leadership Stories'.
Ethical leadership is about making decisions for the common good. It is about navigating ethical dilemmas with integrity. And it is about living by our values. What else?
The podcast was born from the conviction that ethical leadership is a tool that we can use with much intentionality to create pathways towards better futures. It is curated with the hope to inspire current and future leaders who are on their very own ethical leadership journey, and to equip them to better respond to some of the biggest challenges of our time.
We’re also committed to make ethics more visible, accessible and practical, and to grow the wider public’s interest in business ethics. This is what motivated us to make the collection available to a wider audience on official podcast platforms.

Listen to the ‘Voices of Aotearoa New Zealand’ episodes to hear the true, humble and inspiring stories of six wonderful leaders from Aotearoa New Zealand: Guy Ryan, Rebecca Rolls, Pic Picot, John Berry, Julia Pahina, Caren Rangi, ONZM, FCA, CFInstD share their stories in ways that are genuine, deeply authentic, and generously packed with personal learning and aha moments.
Our 2026 collection is already in the making… It will be called ‘Transformative ideas for better futures’ and will highlight highly innovative and bold ideas from across the world that have proven their potential for long term systems transformation.
We hope you enjoy the episodes and please share with others so that together, we make ethics more visible and part of everyday life.
