Project objectives and description
I use a range of Earth system models to simulate the feedbacks associated with a significantly reduced West Antarctic ice sheet (WAIS) under last interglacial (c 116 – 130 ka) conditions. The objectives of this are to elucidate likely ice sheet configurations for this period and investigate the global climate consequences of a reduced WAIS.
