Book a campus tour

Get a taste of what life at Victoria University of Wellington is like—book a campus tour and check out our student accommodation while you are here.

You don't need to be a student here to see firsthand why our campuses are special and why we all love it here. Our campus tours allow you to see our facilities and meet people doing what they do best. It's your chance to check out Victoria University of Wellington and ask as many questions as you like.

Our free, hour-long tours are conducted by current students, running at 11 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and again on Fridays at 3 pm. We're always ready to welcome you.

Visit our halls of residence

When you make your booking, let us know if you’d like to see a halls of residence.

To visit the halls in person, make an appointment with the hall directly so that there is someone available to show you around and answer any questions. If you wish to see more than one hall on the same day then make sure you allow at least 30–40 minutes to cover the tour and the time to travel to the next hall.

Organise a school visit

Visiting us on campus is a fantastic opportunity for students to see where they will be studying after secondary school and to encourage them to start planning for their future.

A standard school visit includes a tour and an introductory session about studying at the University, degree information, admission, accommodation, and scholarships.

For Year 13 students, we can organise an academic staff member or a postgraduate student to present a session tailored to their area of study interest and a visit to a halls of residence.
