Research Interests

My research interests lie in the field of digital transformation and its profound impact on organizations and society. During my undergraduate studies in vehicle engineering, I recognized the multifaceted nature of product success, extending beyond initial design to encompass factors like supply chain efficiency, employee productivity, and various other components. Throughout my professional career, I focused on digital innovation and transformation within enterprises, leading initiatives such as supply chain optimization, organizational restructuring, and the establishment of digital knowledge systems. As I transitioned into postgraduate studies, my research scope expanded from the enterprise level to regional and national scales, providing me with a deeper understanding of digitalization's effects. My research underscored the profound impact of digital technology on knowledge dissemination within and outside organizations, promoting open innovation and optimizing knowledge utilization. Throughout my PhD journey, I will persist in investigating how AI technology fundamentally reshapes the landscape of organizational innovation.
