Profile

Ghazaleh Kermani Moghaddam is a PhD student at Victoria University of Wellington, School of Information Management. Her research focuses on human–AI collaboration, with a particular emphasis on trust, verification bias, and the alignment of individual and collective values in organizational decision-making.

She holds an MBA in supply chain and operations management from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where she ranked first in both her undergraduate and graduate cohorts. Ghazaleh’s work bridges management and technology, examining how AI can support fairer and more conscious decision-making in complex organizational settings.
