Wanchen is a PhD student in Finance at Wellington School of Business and Government. He is funded by the Victoria Doctoral Scholarship. His PhD research focuses on asset pricing and financial economics.

Prior to joining Victoria University of Wellington, Wanchen had several years of professional experience as a corporate finance manager across several financial institutions.
