Our academic expertise in areas such as history, anthropology and ethnology, art and popular music, and cultural studies are extended by collaborations with computer science, language, film, media studies, and many other disciplines.

New Zealand School of Music—Te Kōkī (NZSM) is committed to artistic, scholarly, and social values, and to the diversity that sustains them. Classical Performance, Jazz, and Composition programs awarding Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral qualifications hone skills for a wide range of professions. We host the country's only Music Therapy postgraduate degree and an industry-oriented Master of Fine Arts in Creative Practice.
