MetService NZ has this morning downgraded the weather warning for the Wellington region to Orange, we are planning to reopen our campuses tomorrow, Wednesday 22 April, at 8 am. If the situation changes, we will post updates on our website and social media channels.
We know there has been some confusion about teaching and learning being cancelled, and some courses are holding classes online. Any queries about your individual courses should be directed to your course coordinator, or you can check your course on Nuku.
Students, if your living situation has been impacted as a result of this week’s weather, the University can provide support. You will need to contact our Student Interest and Conflict Resolution team on student-interest@vuw.ac.nz, or reach out to VUWSA’s advocacy service.
All of our student services, including Student Health and Counselling, Student Learning, and The Library, are available online today. You can find information about our services on our website, and each can be contacted via email. Our staff are here to help.
