The SPOT language-production game-task

This site gives a brief introduction to a collaborative research project involving researchers in New Zealand and the USA with an interest in how native speakers use prosody (speech intonation and rhythm) to clarify the intended meaning of some simple utterances. These utterances, which contain various potential ambiguities, are used in a game-task in which participants collaborate to move pieces to their end points.
