Group exercise timetable

Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.

All group classes run for 50 minutes (except our Express Classes, noted on the timetable, which run for 30 minutes).

Meditation is a free class.You don't need a membership.

Yoga - Mind and Body

Combines stretching, breathing, balance, strength and relaxation moves.

Strong (by Zumba)

Strong is the first non-dance based class from the fitness brand. The newest of all Zumba classes revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat. There is a warmup and 4x quadrants consisting of 3 tracks per quadran.

Based on a series of exercises that build core strength, improving the way your body looks, feels and functions.

HIIT is a high intensity interval training workout using a variety of training methods designed to increase your fitness and overall strength. Each class consists of body weight movements and cardio aspects to provide an all over body blast.

Power Cardio - Weights

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. Poses are held for a long period of time (typically 3-5 mins) to target the connective tissues (ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. The yin poses, therefore, are passive and performed while seated or in a reclining position, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the fascia.
