Group exercise timetable

Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.

All group classes run for 50 minutes, except for HIIT 35, which is an express 35-minute high-intensity class.

HIIT 35

HIIT 35 is a 35-minute-high intensity interval training workout using a variety of training methods designed to increase your fitness and overall strength. Each class consists of body weight movements and cardio aspects to provide an all over body blast.

3XF is a 50-minute small group training session led by an expert fitness coach. Perfect for people wanting a challenge, more variety in their workout, and some new fitness skills.

Strong is the first non-dance based class from the fitness brand. The newest of all Zumba classes revolves around high-intensity interval training, but still focuses on moving to the beat. There is a warmup and 4x quadrants consisting of 3 tracks per quadrant.

Utilises the weight training principle of progressive loading and combines simple movements with cardio exercise. It is a great workout for strengthening all your major muscle groups.

Slow Flow (Yoga)

Slow Flow is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. Poses are held for a long period of time (typically 3-5 mins) to target the connective tissues (ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. The poses, therefore, are passive and performed while seated or in a reclining position, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the fascia.
