After hours support

Student Learning | Te Taiako is open between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Here's what to do if you need academic support outside of those hours.

Email appointments

If you aren't able to meet for an appointment during our open hours, you can still book a distance email appointment. This is how it works:

• Send in your assignment, questions and the relevant assignment brief or criteria at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
• Appointment details will be sent to you the day before your appointment so you can send your work in at any point before the 2 hour timeframe.
• Your learning adviser will get back to you with their feedback within the booked appointment time.

Appointments are bookable through our online booking system. You will be prompted on the form to choose either a Zoom or an email appointment.
