Profile

I hold a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Economics of Hochiminh, Vietnam. I have been a lecturer in Accounting & Auditing at the Banking University of Hochiminh City, Vietnam since 2006.

I have a Vietnamese Government Scholarship for studying a PhD. My PhD research lies within the topic of accountability, in particular accountability of non-government organizations in contracting with government agencies to deliver social services. The case study will examine New Zealand refugee resettlement subcontracting processes and funding.
