Profile

My research examines the impact of transnational regulations on human trafficking and slavery in global supply chains. There is an emerging and developing trend of laws and regulations being enacted by countries in the global West to eradicate global labour abuses and exploitation. My study will explore how some of these laws work in practice, in the context of the Nigerian cocoa plantations.
