The School's mission and vision statements build from those for the Wellington School of Business & Government and Victoria University of Wellington.

Mission

The School of Accounting, and Commercial Law creates and shares knowledge of accounting, commercial law and taxation in the public and private sectors to develop capability and to provide our stakeholders with a global perspective.

Vision

Teaching of high quality that meets professional needs complemented by research that is disseminated to external stakeholders through seminars, conferences, working papers and other media, as well as in appropriate scholarly journals.
