Adrian Macey, one of the Institute’s senior associates, has just jointly published a collaborative paper with other researchers at Victoria University of Wellington, the Universities of Oxford and Reading, and the Centre for International Climate Research in Norway (CICERO).

This work proposes combatting global warming by aiming for zero emissions of stock pollutants such as carbon dioxide and low but stable emissions of flow pollutants such as methane.
