Profile

Udam’s study focuses on the state budgeting reform program in Cambodia. The main objective is to examine why and how this reform program is formulated and implemented, and how it impacts the development and improvement of the higher education sector in the country. The study is qualitative in nature and uses the framework of orders of worth by Boltanski & Thévenot (1991) as the theoretical framework.
