Profile
Kate's interests lie in the areas of consumer law, medical law, legal paternalism, internet law, contract law and access to justice. She has taught classes in Consumer law, Legal System, Medical Law and Legal Writing and Research. She is the editor and co-author of the book Consumer Law in New Zealand (2 ed, 2014, LexisNexis, Wellington, New Zealand) and has published many articles and chapters in books in the field of Consumer Law.
