Qualifications

BA(Hons) First Class in International Relations, Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, 2021

Profile

Having completed my undergraduate studies here at Te Herenga Waka I was keen to further expand my horizons and pursue postgraduate study. I have a keen interest in international geopolitics, particularly in the Indo-Pacific. My Masters research explores the evolution of Australian and New Zealand aid to the Pacific Islands region, with a particular focus on the extent to which Australian and New Zealand aid narratives and aid allocations have been securitised. This is done by means of content analysis of strategic aid documents.
