Asbestos
To work with or around asbestos you need an asbestos permit, and must be qualified in asbestos management or removal.
Asbestos register
The University has an asbestos register supported by the asbestos management plan and asbestos management strategy. Contact your University liaison for access to the University asbestos register.
Finding asbestos on site
If you suspect you have found asbestos, stop work immediately and notify your University liaison.
If they are unavailable, and it is within working hours, contact the Property Services Helpdesk.
