Reflection:

The course overall was very interactive, with a good portion of each class spent discussing (or communicating!) with each other. This helped to break up the classes so they weren't so draining despite being 2 hours long, but also to cement our learning as we were forced to draw it out as we learned it. Finally, it was a good example of communication in practice!

The assignment was a reflexive report based on our group project regarding communications in the workplace (for which a group project was very fitting!). The group project was only worth a small portion of our grade, however, with the write-up afterward being the more heavily weighted one. This allowed for us to practice workplace communication via the group project, without being heavily reliant on others to excel in the class overall.
