Tatum Appointed to Oxford University Press Board
Professor Jeff Tatum (Classics) has been appointed to the seven member board of General Editors of the Clarendon Ancient History series of Oxford University Press. The aim of the series is to provide authoritative translations, introductions, and commentaries to a wide range of Greek and Latin texts studied by ancient historians. Only one other Australasian, the late Brian Bosworth, has been selected as a General Editor of the series, and Jeff is the first New Zealander to serve on the board.
