Publications in leading International Journals
Audra Mockaitis has recently had two papers accepted to leading international journals. A paper entitled, 'Standardization and contextualization: A study of language and leadership across 17 countries', by Lena Zander, Audra Mockaitis and Anne-Wil Harzing with co-authors, has been accepted to the Journal of World Business. Another paper, entitled, 'The Power of Individual Cultural Values in Global Virtual Teams', by Audra Mockaitis, Elizabeth Rose and Peter Zettinig, is forthcoming in the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management.
