Research by academics from the School of Information Management has been selected for a special anniversary re-issue of Systèmes d’Information et Management (Journal of Management Information Systems), the leading French language journal in information systems.

To celebrate its 20th year, the editorial board decided to publish a collector special issue featuring the top five articles that have been the most cited during the journal’s history.

Congratulations to researcher Dr Jean-Grégoire Bernard, whose 2004 article L'exposition au risque d'implantation d'ERP: éléments de mesure et d’atténuation was one of the selections. His article, co-authored by Suzanne Rivard and Professor Benoit Aubert, examined the essential components of a measure of ERP implementation risk.

“For SIM, this is the opportunity to honor some of the authors who provided raw materials to the journal’s reputation over the years,” says the journal’s Editor in Chief, Professor Régis Meissonier.

Dr Bernard’s current research focuses on IT innovation & entrepreneurship.  He is a member of a five-year research program on the role of IT competence for business users, managers, and founders in developing and scaling innovation, in collaboration with McGill University & the University of British Columbia.
