Profile:

Robyn Pritchard is a PhD student in Accounting with the School of Accounting and Commercial Law. Her PhD research takes a critical perspective to accountability and evaluation frameworks in international aid projects. By mapping divergent perspectives around evaluation practice, her desire is to raise awareness of the political nature of accountability and evaluation in development aid, and encourage the development of alternative approaches to take these diverse perspectives seriously.

This research project has emerged through Robyn's experience working in the development sector in Aotearoa New Zealand and is fueled by a desire to better serve the interests of participant communities while still providing accountability and transparency to donors.
