Guidelines for Parallel Presentation Sessions

Most sessions are programmed for 1.5 hours (three speakers in each parallel session).

Presenters

• Each presenter will have 20 minutes maximum to present their paper.
• Present only the major elements of your paper – e.g. central objective/research question, informing theory/research methodology, findings.
• Questions for all presenters will be taken at the end of each session (i.e. 30 minutes question time at the end of each 1.5 hour session).

Chair

• Ensure that presenters keep within their time limits.
• Reserve one time for audience questions/comments after all papers have been presented.
• You are responsible for actively managing the audience question/discussion period.
