We’ve recently welcomed some new faces into our Student Academic Services team, to ensure there is plenty of advice and support available to you right here at the Law School.

We’ve established two new roles, a Team Leader and a Student Success Coordinator, and have also welcomed a new Undergraduate Student Adviser to the team.

Eleonora Bello is our new Student Success Coordinator. Eleonora is your point of contact if you need extra guidance, pastoral care, or are struggling with issues that may impact on your study. She has just finished her own studies, having recently submitted her PhD in the School of Languages and Cultures.

Lisa McCarthy is our new Undergraduate Student Adviser. If your surname begins with the letters between M-Z you can see Lisa for degree planning, course advice, enrolments and course changes (students with surnames beginning with letters A-L should see Leigh Torode). Lisa has a number of years’ experience working at a private education provider as an adviser and tutor.

Lucy Keyzers is our new Team Leader, and has joined us from Victoria Business School. Lucy’s primary role involves overseeing the team and making sure everything is running smoothly, but she’ll be helping out with course advice and programme planning during busy periods.

We also have onsite support available for Māori and Pasifika students. Purcell Sali and Izzy Wilson coordinate the Māori and Pasifika tutorial programme and run a number of targeted study skills and exam technique sessions. Please pop in to see them if you need support or advice.

Their contact information, as well as the contact information for the rest of the Student Academic Services team, can be found on the student contacts page.
