About the course: The aim of this course is to develop knowledge of New Zealand politics and government through the lens of political science. We focus on key themes and current developments and because we are situated in Wellington we are able to call on politicians and other political actors to contribute to the course.

Assessment details: An Unessay: To enable you to flex your creative and analytical skills in relation to your chosen topic, you may choose to present your research in a format that you think is compelling and effective.

There are no formal requirements for what this assessment might look like: you might write and perform a waiata, create a video, design a board game, write a children’s book, design a website, present a photographic exhibition, or curate a Twitter handle or Instagram account… there are no rules for what you can or cannot create!
