Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.

All group classes run for 50 minutes.

Based on a series of exercises that build core strength, improving the way your body looks, feels, and functions.

Active Stretch

A low intensity, low impact workout that will help stretch and tone your muscles. This class will help to increase your range of motion, balance, and flexibility too.

HIIT 35

HIIT 35 is a 35-minute-high intensity interval training workout using a variety of training methods designed to increase your fitness and overall strength. Each class consists of body weight movements and cardio aspects to provide an all over body blast.
