Pipitea Fitness timetable

Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.

All group classes run for 50 minutes (except our Express Classes, noted on the timetable, which run for 30 minutes)..

HIIT

30-minute Express Class. HIIT is a high intensity interval training workout using a variety of training methods designed to increase your fitness and overall strength. Each class consists of body weight movements and cardio aspects to provide an all over body blast.
