Damien Wilkins heads to Leipzig Book Fair
Damien Wilkins is one of nine New Zealand writers invited to the Leipzig Book Fair.
MA co-convenor and novelist Damien Wilkins is one of nine New Zealand writers invited to attend the Leipzig Book Fair in March 2012.
This event will launch New Zealand's year as ‘Guest of Honour’ at the Frankfurt Book Fair, held in October. The writers selected for Leipzig are either already translated into German or, like Damien, have strong interest in their work from a German publisher. Damien will also travel to Berlin to read his work.
