Law alumni win Fulbright New Zealand awards

Victoria University of Wellington law alumni David Bullock and Alexandra Sinclair were honoured at a special ceremony at Parliament last week as Fulbright New Zealand celebrated its recipients of Graduate and Scholars awards.
The awards enable talented New Zealand graduates and academics to undertake postgraduate study or research in the United States.
David Bullock, from Lower Hutt, receives a Fulbright New Zealand General Graduate Award to complete a Master of Law at the world’s fourth-ranked law school, Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. David graduated with an LLB(Hons)/BCA from Victoria University of Wellington in 2012.
Alexandra Sinclair, from Masterton, receives a Fulbright New Zealand Science and Innovation Graduate Award to complete a Master of Laws degree specialising in intellectual property and civil and indigenous rights at Columbia Law School in New York City. Alexandra graduated with a BA and an LLB(Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington in 2013.
