We have three members of the Faculty nominated for the Legal Research Foundation’s 2013 awards:

Professor Richard Boast’s The Native Land Court (Thomson Reuters 2013) has been nominated for the THE JF NORTHEY MEMORIAL BOOK AWARD. There are three nominees for this award;  Professor Claudia Geiringer’s "Sources of Resistance to Proportionality Review of Administrative Power Under the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990" (NZJPIL) has been nominated for the THE SIR IAN BARKER PUBLISHED ARTICLE AWARD along with Māmari Stephens’ "A loving excavation: Uncovering the constitutional culture of the Maori demos" (New Zealand Universities Law Review).  There are four nominees for this award.

The winners will be announced at the Foundation’s AGM on Monday 9 June 2014.
