The Scholarships Database is a comprehensive and current list of scholarships available to existing or potential Victoria University students. Application forms and regulations for scholarships administered by the University can be downloaded from the database as well as a calendar of closing dates for the next twelve months. You can search by name, level or subject area.

Postgraduate and Graduate Scholarships
There are three closing dates for Victoria PhD funding - 1 March, 1 July and 1 November. There is one application process for both admission into the PhD programme and for a scholarship. The application form is available from the Faculty of Graduate Research website. Prospective PhD students who do not need scholarship funding will also use this form. Current PhD students may apply for funding on the form available from the link below during these three rounds.

Applicants for Victoria PhD and Master’s (by thesis) Scholarships should request that referees complete the postgraduate scholarship referee form (PDF, 1.1MB).

Victoria School Leaver Scholarships
Victoria University currently offers two main first-year scholarships, the Victoria Excellence and Victoria Achiever Scholarships. Full regulations are available at the links below.
This year we have a single online application for both of these scholarships. You may apply for one or both scholarships. The application closing date is 15 September 2013.
Note: Please ensure you have your NSN (or equivalent codes for CIE and IB) and your school principal’s email address handy before you start this application.
If you are applying for the Victoria Excellence Scholarship, completing the online application is all you need to do. We will advise you of the outcome of your application by mid-October.
If you are applying for the Victoria Achiever Scholarship, you will need to complete the online application AND send us additional documentation to support your application. Please print the Victoria Achiever Scholarship Documentation Requirements PDF below for details. All additional documentation must reach us by 5pm on 15 September 2013. We will advise you of the outcome of your application by mid-October.
