Isabelle Sin is a Senior Fellow at Motu Economic and Public Policy Research, where she works as a labour economist and economic historian. Isabelle has a broad range of research interests that include gender equality, parental employment, migration, and the diffusion of knowledge.

Isabelle has a passion for using economic research to improve society and people's lives, and regularly works closely with policymakers to conduct research that informs policy. She is also a Principal Investigator with Te Pūnaha Matatini and has been an Associate Professor at Victoria University of Wellington.
