Ngāi Tauira debate returns for Te Wiki o te Reo Māori 2015
Watch staff and students debate against each other in te Reo Māori and English on Te Karere.
On Tuesday 28 August, staff and students from Te Kawa a Māui and Toihuarewa competed against each other in two debates, one in te Reo Māori, the other in English. The topics were "Everyone should learn to pronounce Māori words correctly," and "Should kererū be on the menu for next year's matariki dinner?" Watch the Te Karere story on YouTube (2 mins 54s).
