‘Thinkers and Doers’ is a talk series established this year as a joint endeavour between New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architecture Wellington (NZILA) and Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington’s Landscape Architecture Program. The series emanates from a desire to promote the sharing of ideas between landscape architects and other practitioners within the landscape realm. NZILA and the University's Landscape Architecture programme consider the talk series offers a valuable opportunity to hear and see how landscape is perceived and understood by a broad spectrum of enthusiastic intellects and practitioners. Our hope is to encourage dialogue, engagement and collaboration beyond disciplinary boundaries.
