They can help with:

  • any changes you want to make to your courses
  • setbacks with your academic progress
  • any admin requirements
  • connecting you with other student services
  • opportunities for study abroad, internships or extra curricular activities.

How to find your Student Success Adviser

Follow the below step-by-step instructions to find your Student Success Adviser in Pūaha:

The first step is to click on your profile at the top right corner of your screen

Once a small window pops up, click on ‘View my profile’

Select the ‘Kaitohutohu tauira—Student advisers’ option on the left hand-side bar and you’ll find who your Student Success Adviser is.

Tītoko—Student Success teams

If you can't get hold of your Student Success Adviser, you can get in touch with your Tītoko—Student Success team. They can either connect you with your Student Success Adviser or help you with your queries directly. They be contacted between 9 am–4 pm, Monday to Friday.
