Weekly workshop—mindwell meditation

Imposter Syndrome (on Zoom)
A 45-minute workshop. Imposter syndrome is feeling like a fraud, experiencing self-doubt, or feeling undeserving of your status. Share your experiences in a supportive, judgement-free space, and help separate fact from fiction. Work on creating a brag sheet to manage self-doubt, and a personal mantra to increase your self-confidence.

A 45-minute workshop. Learn about the components that make a healthy, balanced meal, and how to find cheap sources of food in Wellington. Discover how to use a meal planner to create a shopping list and stick to a budget.
