Criticism and critical feedback
A 45-minute postgraduate workshop. Learn strategies to know the difference between helpful critical feedback and bullying. Learn how to give constructive criticism to others and techniques to diffuse and de-escalate criticism.

Coping with waiting times
A 45-minute workshop. When you have a long wait between appointments, this is a safe and supportive space to help you to identify coping strategies and make your own wellbeing plan to manage until the next appointment.

Competing priorities
A 45-minute workshop. Understand how priorities that compete for your attention cause you to feel overwhelmed. Learn strategies to sort out what are your important priorities, setting timeline goals, as well as self-care strategies to effectively say no to people or delegate to others when your diary is full.
