Pipitea Fitness timetable

Our group exercise programme has a wide range of classes to choose from, with something for everyone the whole year round.

All group classes run for 50 minutes, except for HIIT 35, which is an express 35-minute high-intensity class.

Pipitea Fitness timetable

The Trimester 1 timetable runs from Monday 20 February 2023 to Sunday 9 July 2023. Please note that no classes will be running during mid-trimester breaks, Friday 7 April – Sunday 23 April and Monday 26 June – Sunday 9 July.

Active Stretch

Enhances flexibility and mobility. Reduces tension and muscle tightness as well as improving the range of motion in your joints, allowing you to perform everyday activities with ease.

HIIT 35

HIIT 35 is a 35-minute-high intensity interval training workout using a variety of training methods designed to increase your fitness and overall strength. Each class consists of body weight movements and cardio aspects to provide an all over body blast.
