How to book an appointment

For appointments, cancellations, or general enquiries, call +64 4 463 5308. If you are signed up to the MyIndici patient portal, you can book or cancel an appointment with the doctor you are registered with.

The support team cannot make an appointment for you over email. This is due to the volume of emails received per day. If you have an impairment and need assistance, email MauriOra@vuw.ac.nz and the support team will be able to assist.

Let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments missed or cancelled less than an hour before the appointment time will incur a fee. You can leave a message after hours to cancel.
