3 Programs Available for incoming exchange students.

1. Chinese language program: students study Chinese language courses only. This category aims to improve students' Chinese proficiency and offers about 20 credits per semester. The courses are taught in Chinese.

2. General Visiting Student: Students follow undergraduate-level courses. Fudan offers about 80 English-taught undergraduate-level courses. The remaining courses are taught in Chinese. Most exchange students in this category only take English-taught courses unless they have HSK6 certificate to take Chinese-taught courses. Course listings are available on the website. click here. 3. Senior Visiting Student: Masters level courses. Fudan offers five English-taught Masters level programs open to exchange students. Students must have completed a Bachelors degree to apply.

Courseload: 6-15 credits at Fudan for one semester (2 -8 courses)

Students within VUW School of Government are eligible to apply for the programs offered through Fudan's School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SILPA). Students within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences are eligible to choose between the 3 general programs listed below.
