Profile

After obtaining her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, Ollie is continuing her academic studies in the same domain. She is particularly passionate about various labour and workplace issues. Her Master’s thesis is about Chinese labour NGOs and the rights of migrant workers. At present, she is studying uncivil behaviours at the workplace of public sectors based in New Zealand. Ollie has been tutoring in the Wellington School of Business and Government since 2020.
