Profile

Pablo Correa-Gonzalez is a PhD student in the School of Marketing and International Business, currently studying the effects of AI conversational agents on customers’ cognitive processes and attitudes. Pablo completed a BCom (Hons) in Marketing at Victoria University of Wellington in 2018 and a degree in Communication at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, back in 2006. Pablo has a professional background as a consultant and independent researcher, helping firms to set their marketing strategies. His research interests include integrated marketing communications, branding, customer cognitive processes, and history of marketing.
