Ghana Profile

Winifred started her teaching career at the Department of Information Studies, University of Ghana and has taught courses in Information Studies such as Information in Society, Introduction to Information Management, Preservation of Information Resources and Rural Information Services. Prior to starting her teaching career, she worked at the Main Library of the University of Cape Coast and the Balme Library of the University of Ghana.

Research interests

Winifred’s research interests include electronic resource management, usage of electronic resources, digital literacy, social aspects of IT and preservation of information resources especially in a developing country context.
