Originally from Australia, Carol is an information professional with significant experience in enterprise information management, information architecture and privacy design across public and private sector industries including public utilities, higher education, government, engineering & project management, health & medicine, financial services, law, transport and energy. Carol is currently the Intelligence Leader for Information and Knowledge Management for Inland Revenue New Zealand.

Carol's research interests include information architecture, privacy, governance, enterprise information management and ethics.
