Zahra took a break after her studies and followed an opportunity to work as an tax auditor in Tax Administration of Iran. Seven years later she found herself back again in student life, this time at Victoria University of Wellington to follow working on her favourite topics in Macroeconomic during the PhD journey. New place, new language, a serious challenge.

She is cooperating with WID (World Wealth and Income Database, as part of her PhD dissertation.
