Profile

Bernard has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and a Master's in Investment Analysis form the University of Stirling, UK. Prior to his doctoral research, he worked with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), where he contributed to Strategy and Business Development in Ghana, West Africa.

Bernard's research links labour characteristics to firm financial and investment decisions.
