Lunchtime Concert: Liam Furey, Simon Hernyak and Jennifer Huckle
This concert, curated by pianist Liam Furey in collaboration with vocalists Simon Hernyak and Jennifer Huckle, will explore a diverse range of chamber vocal works, alongside the talents and efforts of some of the string and woodwind students from the New Zealand School of Music—Te Kōkī. These works venture from the rich Romanticism of Respighi and Brahms, to the simplistic, charming feel of New Zealand composer Ross Harris and the Impressionistic beauty of Ravel.
