Dr Ramesh Rayudu

Dr Ramesh Rayudu is an Associate Professor at School of Engineering and Computer Science at Victoria University of Wellington.

His research interests are mainly in Renewable Energy generation and integration,  Artificial Intelligence applications, Health and Environment monitoring and Energy harvesting. He is a senior member of IEEE and has over 15 years of industrial experience before joining Academia.

His India related research activities are mainly in the area of renewable energy development for rural environments, smart city development support for Indian cities, emobility initiatives and research. He has been part of several related committees in India related to renewable energy and contributed to India’s University ranking framework. His active collaborations include Indian Institute of Technology (Guwahati, Delhi, Madras, Hyderabad), and several other Universities and Power Industry.
